Join us for our first Paddle Instruction and Tour of the year! This is a guided paddle along the Missisquoi River aimed to teach new paddler's tips and tricks as well as refresh more experienced paddlers!

About The Event
This Paddle Instruction and Tour is welcome to paddlers of all abilities, from first timers, beginners, or even up to experts! We will be paddling along a flatwater stretch of the Missisquoi guided by experienced members of our UMATR Wild & Scenic Committee. Enjoy learning a new skill or getting back out on the water with us! All ability levels are welcome. Topics include learning paddle strokes, how to read and navigate a river, river safety, and more! If in need of a canoe, we have canoes available for participants. This is a canoe focused paddle instruction, but we encourage kayakyers to join us as well!
